  Mariette van Erp, Paul Isphording and me, Ruth van de Pol in:

 “In the footsteps of Henk Scheepens”
In the context of Veldhoven 100 years, De Kunstpraktijk presents an exhibition about the painter Henk Scheepens.
Opening Sunday, November 7, 2021 15.30h
Henk Scheepens (1933) painted nature at the time, especially in the woods of Oerle. In 1955 the Stedelijk Van Abbemuseum in Eindhoven exhibited his work during a group exhibition. The heirs of Henk Scheepens have approached De Kunstpraktijk whether it is possible to pay attention to his leftover work.

Mariëtte van Erp, Paul Isphording and Ruth van Pol
have been invited by De Kunstpraktijk to create new work from this area, the woods near Oerle. These three artists were chosen because their style of painting is in line with that of Henk Scheepens.

SINT LUCAS JUBILEE!
This artists’ association exist 140 years, but still very much alive!
Previous members of this association included Piet Mondriaan. Jan Sluijters and Willem Witsen!

Also as a member of Sint Lucas, I participate together with all current members in an exposition in LOODS 6 in AMSTERDAM.
